is the policy on shipping the generator?
Affordable Generator does not set up shipping for the customer. We
do ship a lot of generators and will allow our customers to use our discount
with Freightquote.com on all shipping. Please contact us and we will give you a
freight quote and our contact information at Freightquote.com. You will receive
the best shipping rate possible with no markups.
3.How
long will it take me to get my generator?
We stock this generator in our Phoenix location. It will ship the next day
after payment is received. If the generator is not in stock Affordable
Generator will let you know before payment and request a 30% down payment at
order. The balance of the payment will be due when the product is ready to ship
from Phoenix.
4.What
will I have to do when I get my generator ?
All generators are run and load tested before they leave the Phoenix location. They
will be filled with oil, fluids and a battery. All you will need to do is hook
up the battery and fill it with diesel.
5.What
do I do about hooking up my generator when I get it?
Affordable Generator will send you a drawing on hooking up the
generator to your building. It is recommended you give it to your electrician
and he will do the work. We can download the drawing to you in advance so you
can get a quote on the install price from the electricians in your area.
6.What
form of payment do you offer?
We accept any major credit
card, personal or company check, and bank wire.
If you are picking the
generator up at our Phoenix
location payment will need to be made in advance.
